The Opportunity
We’re looking for a seasoned US-based sales professional (or boutique sales agency) with deep relationships in the association space. This is a part-time, commission-only role ideal for someone who’s already selling into the sector and wants to add a proven, association-specific AI platform to their portfolio.
This is not a cold-start. You’ll be backed by a UK team who will support you with strategy, demo delivery, and onboarding. We’re offering a product that solves a very real pain point for associations — how to turn their existing data into meaningful action.
What You’ll Be Doing
Introduce Senis AI to your network of associations, professional bodies, and member-led organizations.
Lead outbound sales activity across your own contacts and beyond — outreach, calls, meetings.
Work with our UK team to qualify leads, deliver tailored demos, and close 3-5 year deals.
Guide prospects through a consultative sales process, with average cycles of 3-6 months.
Earn generous commission on deals you bring in — including upfront and monthly revenue.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience selling to associations or membership organizations in the US.
A solid personal network in the association world — ideally decision-makers.
A consultative sales style, focused on value rather than features.
Comfortable with a commission-only structure — high reward, flexible time commitment.
Someone who’s already working in the space and wants to add something innovative to their offering.
Compensation
Commission-only (no base salary)
You’ll earn a generous commission on both upfront and recurring revenue — a significant earning potential if you can open doors.
